Ingredients
- 4 large froge legs 🐸
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully stuff each froge leg with the mixture.
- Place stuffed legs in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
- Serve hot and enjoy this amphibian delight!
