  1. Soak almonds, cashews, pistachios, poppy seeds, and fennel seeds in water for 2 hours.
  2. Drain and grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth paste using a little milk.
  3. Boil the remaining milk and add the paste, cardamom powder, saffron, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. Add rose water and mix thoroughly. Let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Filter the mixture to remove any coarse particles.
  6. Chill and serve with crushed ice, garnished with nuts.
