Tomato Basil Penne Recipe 🍝
Ingredients 🛒
- 400g penne pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions 👩🍳
- Cook the penne according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the cooked penne and fresh basil leaves. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
