Practicing breathing exercises is a simple yet effective way to boost your emotional well-being. Here are some techniques you can try:

  1. 4-7-8 Breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. Repeat 4 times.
  2. Belly Breathing: Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. As you breathe deeply through your nose, let your belly push your hand outward. Breathe out through pursed lips.
  3. Alternate Nostril Breathing: Close your right nostril with your thumb, breathe in through your left nostril, then switch and breathe out through your right nostril.
