Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe 🍝
Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 100g pancetta
- 2 large eggs
- 50g pecorino cheese
- 50g parmesan
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Sea salt
- A small bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the grated pecorino and parmesan.
- Fry the pancetta in a pan until crispy.
- Drain the spaghetti and quickly mix with the pancetta.
- Remove from heat and immediately pour in the egg and cheese mixture.
- Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
