Introduction to Newton's Laws 🌟
Sir Isaac Newton was a brilliant mathematician and physicist who formulated the three laws of motion. These laws define the relationship between a body and the forces acting upon it, and its motion in response to those forces.
First Law: The Law of Inertia 🌀
An object at rest stays at rest, and an object in motion stays in motion at the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.
Second Law: The Law of Acceleration 🚀
The acceleration of an object is directly proportional to the net force acting upon it and inversely proportional to its mass. This can be summed up with the equation F = ma, where F is force, m is mass, and a is acceleration.
Third Law: The Law of Action and Reaction 🔄
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This means that for every force applied, there is a force of equal magnitude but in the opposite direction.
