Deep Breathing

Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold your breath for a count of four. Now, gently exhale through your mouth, releasing all tension.

4-7-8 Technique

Inhale quietly through your nose for a count of four, hold the breath for a count of seven, then exhale completely through your mouth for a count of eight.
