  1. Soak the glutinous rice in water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. Steam the rice for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  3. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  4. Mix 1¼ cups of the coconut mixture with the steamed rice. Let it sit for 20 minutes to absorb.
  5. Peel mangoes and slice them into thin pieces.
  6. Serve the sticky rice with mango slices on top, drizzled with remaining coconut sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
