Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200g of spaghetti
- 100g of Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
- 1 tsp of cracked black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
- Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
- In a bowl, blend cheese and pepper with some pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
- Toss the spaghetti in the sauce, adding more pasta water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
