Ingredients:

  • 200g of spaghetti
  • 100g of Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp of cracked black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  2. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  3. In a bowl, blend cheese and pepper with some pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
  4. Toss the spaghetti in the sauce, adding more pasta water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
