  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the flour mixture, followed by the melted butter and vanilla.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in the pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until the top springs back lightly when touched.
  5. Roll the cake up in the parchment paper from the short end and let it cool completely.
  6. Unroll the cooled cake, spread with whipped cream, and roll up again without the paper. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
