Ingredients
- 200g rice noodles
- 4 frog legs 🐸
- 2 liters of chicken broth
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and fish sauce; let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the frog legs and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Remove the frog legs, let cool slightly, and then shred the meat.
- Return the shredded meat to the pot, add the noodles, and cook according to package instructions.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
