Ingredients
- 1 pound of fresh frog legs - locally sourced!
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix buttermilk and hot sauce in a bowl and soak frog legs for 1-2 hours.
- In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Dredge frog legs in the flour mixture and shake off excess.
- Fry frog legs for about 5 minutes each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy your spicy fried frog legs!
