Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- Ghee for frying
- A few strands of saffron

Instructions:
- Mix flour, semolina, milk, and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Add baking powder and fennel seeds, allowing the mixture to rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat ghee in a pan and pour a ladleful of batter, spreading it evenly.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy, garnish with saffron and nuts.
