Celebrate Holi with a Refreshing Thandai! π¨π₯€
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk π₯
- 1/4 cup sugar π¬
- 10 almonds π₯
- 10 cashews
- 10 pistachios
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- A pinch of saffron
- Rose petals for garnish πΉ
Instructions:
- Soak almonds, cashews, and pistachios in water for 2 hours, then grind them into a paste.
- Grind fennel seeds and poppy seeds into a fine powder.
- Boil milk on medium flame and add the nut paste, stirring continuously.
- Add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder, and mix well.
- Allow the mixture to cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve cold, garnished with rose petals and enjoy! πΌπ
