Korean Mandu Recipe

Ingredients:
- 250g ground pork
- 250g ground beef
- 200g tofu, crumbled
- 1 cup kimchi, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Wonton wrappers
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine pork, beef, tofu, kimchi, green onions, and garlic.
- Season with sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are integrated.
- Place a spoonful of filling on a wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold and press to seal.
- Repeat until all filling is used.
- Cook mandu by steaming or pan-frying until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with soy sauce or your choice of dipping sauce.
