Ingredients
200g rice noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
200g chicken breast, sliced
150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 eggs, beaten
100g bean sprouts
3 spring onions, chopped
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
Cilantro and peanuts for garnish
Instructions
Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken, cook until chicken is no longer pink.
Add shrimp and cook until pink. Push everything to one side of the skillet.
Pour the beaten eggs into the empty side of the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
Add the noodles, bean sprouts, and spring onions. Toss everything together.
Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Mix well.
Garnish with cilantro and peanuts before serving. Enjoy!
