Ingredients
- 2 fresh froge legs
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp spicy curry powder
- 1 can coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, sauté until golden.
- Stir in the spicy curry powder and cook for another minute.
- Add the froge legs and cook until they begin to brown.
- Pour in the coconut milk, stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and let it cook for 20 minutes or until the froge is tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
For a milder version, use less curry powder or add more coconut milk. Serve with steamed rice or naan for a satisfying meal!
