Instructions 📖
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add frog legs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Mix in tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Pour in coconut milk and tamarind paste, stirring well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
